  10. #   There is a bug in version 1.1B associated with PROCOMM PLUS' emulation
  11. #   of the INDEX (Esc D) and REVERSE INDEX (Esc M) escape sequences for the
  12. #   VT102 emulation.  The bug is cosmetic in that the index functions scroll
  13. #   the screen with the current video attribute rather than the normal
  14. #   attribute.  This will patch PROCOMM PLUS to use the normal attribute.
